He serves as non-executive Chairman of investee companies Brave Group and Ince. Andile has served in various non-executive roles over the years, including as a member of the Takeover Regulations Panel, a member of the Directorate of Market Abuse, a director of SAA, and President of ABASA. In 2013, Andile founded I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR, a national programme that helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses. He serves as a fellow of The Centre for African Management and Markets at The Gordon Institute of Business Science and regularly writes for The Business Times, Sunday Times and often speaks on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Transformation.
